Bloodstained Metal Talent Growth Network

Bloodstained Metal Talent Growth Network is a new initiative from Finland, designed to support emerging metal artists in building sustainable careers. We are currently in the piloting phase, establishing key connections and developing a structured program that combines education, artist support, and industry networking.

What we are building

1. Development Program

We are designing workshops and training modules that address the real challenges emerging artists face: building a strong identity, understanding how the music business works, booking shows, creating professional materials, and navigating through challenging times. Our approach is hands-on, inspired by successful educational models.

2. Artist Support & Representation

We provide early-stage guidance that can make or break an artist’s career: building a team, creating the right connections, and developing realistic strategies for growth. While we are not a traditional management company, we help bands prepare for those next steps – ensuring they are ready for their next steps.

3. Industry Network

Our goal is to become a trusted bridge between emerging artists and the music industry. We are currently building connections with labels, festivals, booking agents, publishers, and other key players across Europe to open up opportunities for the artists in our program.

Our vision

The European metal scene is strong but fragmented, a lot like what we have in Finland. Emerging artists often lack the support and networks they need to break through. We want to change that by creating a growth network that provides structure, credibility, and access – helping artists develop themselves and their careers from the ground up.

We believe that professional development at an early stage leads to stronger bands, more opportunities, and a healthier scene for everyone.

Where we are now

We are in the development and piloting phase, actively testing workshop formats and establishing relationships with key industry partners. Our roots are in Finland, but our scope is pan-European.
